(Community First) requires training and testing for all agents and brokers. Community First must ensure that all agents and brokers (including employed, subcontracted, downstream, and/or delegated entities) that sell Community First Medicare products are trained and tested annually on Medicare rules and regulations and on the specific plan types our agents and brokers sell.
